Sheesh. Pels talk down bad

It's mentioned in the Rising Stars thread.

If there was only an entire thread dedicated to that game.

Sounds like you need to actually learn to read the board. Sheesh.

Mentioning it in another thread that is about all of the players is not enough. It needs its own thread. Alvarado is a great representative of the organization. He is a special player. He’s right that he doesn’t have the gifts that other players have, but he has one of the biggest hearts that drives him. I’ve only seen the highlight of him hitting the winning 3 pointer, so can’t wait to watch more.

He received plenty of praise in the other thread, but go ahead, double down

This thread and the replies are a prime example
Last night was magical and here you guys are looking to fight about it.
Sad.

Sorry you need to go online to interact with other pels fans and not get the experience you wish for. We need to be better.
Also Twitter is terrible with pels fans rn. It’s almost like going 3-15 with a bottom tier offensive play makes fans frustrated.

I mean it’s an All Star game and one dude is trying. He’s primed to win an award like that.
Congrats to him.
Congrats to him.

Trey has the worst odds to win the dunk contest.
Found my bet for the night!

Jose was mentioned or praised in 98% of the game-thread comments as he dictated the flow & stole the show.
There were also a couple of Trey monster dunk reactions and a Grimes-is-on-fire mention, but it was a glorified 3-page Jose appreciation thread. I'm all for Jose getting more singled-out/ deserved praise, but the OP's choice to chastise the board who were hailing Jose in real time is a fail.

Pro Basketball Talk made GTA the focus of their coverage of the game, talking up him calling his shot then hitting it to seal the win.

Agreed. This is probably a toss up. Taking the highest odds guy that I will be rooting for anyway is a no brainer.
I think he has a good chance as well if he involves Zion or Jose Alvarado with his dunks.

He should jump over Griff playing piano.

That would be especially epic if Zion was healthy and participating
But knowing what we know of Zion, he’d probably dress up as either Naruto or Thanos, dunk, and then pull a randazzo’s king cake out and eat it after he throws down a 360 windmill.

I love the way griff's head is nestled against zion's chest.
