IF your seats cost less than a price of a beer then it absolutely hurts the seats around you when they can list them at $5, $6, $7 and not be bothered. Raise the floor and everyone wins. Hate to break it to some of you BUT it’s time to sit at the adult table now

I'm just saying that if they had to drop ticket prices to $350 from $500 in the past, there was a reason. You weren't getting asses in the upper level seats at those prices. Hard to imagine that changing if we miss the playoffs this year, despite Zion.

And I am curious - were those season tickets that were listed at $350 last year, listed at that price BEFORE we drafted Zion (ie this same time last year before the draft)??

If so, then this price increase is the true first price reflection with Zion.

And no worries, I'll be sitting right there at the table with you.

$500 for 41 games seems like a good deal

NBA is dying right now with game revenue down. Salary cap numbers going down as a result.
So do like all the billionaires do, raise prices to higher and more unaffordable levels.
Time for professional sports to implode from their own greed.

They're predicting future market value. If it's too high, no one will re-up, and prices will come down.

THe justification is this is how the market works in America.

You “predict market value” and you lose season tickets holders forever. I think that is what you don’t understand.

If no one “re-ups”, you aren’t getting them back.

It’s quite the risk for a city that has struggled thru it’s history here to sell season tickets

shite it took the Saints years to raise tickets after several successful seasons. No one had issue paying then

Drives me nuts. Last season I was buying two doubles from the bartender and making terrible jokes about how getting a double double.

In all seirousness. Let’s not forget how much Gayle has forked our to the operation this summer. MULTI million dollar facility renovations. Expanding our front office and coaching/scouting/medical department 10 fold. Not that she needs IT but it’s only fair that the price of poker is going UP

Yeah, I recall $199 was the lowest in 2015 or 2016. In all fairness, I do not recall any increases in the last 2-3 years. However, gradual increases may have been a better move.

It was $200 for them before the 17/18 season, then it went up to like $450 I think last season (it may have been $350, I didn't renew), and this season was $350

Also concession stand cards are increasing and you can use them on merchandise. We also get an apron and crawfish paddle.
Where do you see how much concession card you get now? Also, where did you see the apron and paddle?

I bought our first set of full season today in 109 and we were told we would have a $500 credit to use on concessions or merchandise

Where'd you buy in 109?

Ended up moving from 326 to 305 at $500 a ticket and it comes with a $300 concessions credit for our account. Hoping they still keep the beer garden for next year though.

Wait, so you buy tickets for $500, and they give you $300 credit?

So the tickets essentially are $200?

I had to contact my ticket rep. It seems as if it's dependent on your account spend. Instead of a % off, they will give you a card for X amount to use on concessions, and X*0.75 to spend at the merchandise store.

Its a total account credit, not per ticket. He may have bought 4-6 tickets.

It seems concessions and merchandise cards combined come out to around 10% of your total spend.
