Anyone have a rep they really like that routinely gives them perks? Mine is new this year and non-existent.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Either get to know your ticket rep or just straight up be aggressive and ask for perks. I don’t like small talk, so I just ask for perks frequently and he does a decent job.

I only have a single so my clout is not huge, but just annoying him with emails seems to do e job.

I don't understand increasing the cheap seats so much. Those are the toughest to sell. A modest increase would make much more sense.

The misconception here is that the Pelicans care about selling all those seats. If they sell a thousand less, but the ones that do sell go for a much higher markup, then they can still ultimately produce a greater return. Now it is fair to consider the fact that if you go up too much, you might alienate more than you anticipated and not hit that target number you’re trying to reach to still come out ahead.
