I think I figured out the answer to the starting lineup issues. They should start Jose and McCollum. Love Herb but he's hurting the spacing.

Playing defense is the hardest thing for 2 guys to get accustomed to with each other. 2 bigs that’s never played together will look clunky until they learn their rotations.
