I don’t hate the pick if you have a point guard and the time to develop him. Give Missi to Luka and he would be awesome. Put Missi on this roster and I don’t like his chances

This team needs size
I don’t hate the pick but until you find a point guard this team is stuck in neutral

Don’t know him or really any of the players in the draft so I don’t care. I’m not going to judge or freak out over the pick though. Pelicans have been solid at drafting last few years and who the hell cares at pick 21

Mac is right because he's not biased like we are.

I can now view the Saints with an unbiased eye and I LMAO at people who think Dennis Allen could potentially lead the team to the playoffs.

I know better.

But I still had my Pels fandom. But I'm just about done. It's too predictable and obvious. We do the same shite over and over.

Favors
Hayes
Adams
Jonas (The only good one and we misuse him)
Whoever the frick Missy is

Griff is an idiot.

I agree with Mac that the Lonzo and Graham debacle was the moment the window closed. Griff fricked that up so bad.

Frustrating. I don't see any hope with this franchise.

We extend stupid arse Willie and promote people who have done what exactly?

We still need a starting Center. No way we roll with this guy as our starter, right?

Knowing we could have had Lauri Markannen only for Griffin to trade Lonzo for Satoransky and Temple will never sit right with me.

What a splash pick(sarcasm). The Pelicans organization sucks. Always will. They’ve lucked out getting AD and Zion with nothing to show for it. Such a waste of a franchise.

I don't have a problem with the pick but we still have a hole at center with no starting caliber guy in the room.

A good organization that uses draft picks to build depth and develop assets down the line. But yes for this mediocre franchise it doesn’t matter.

I really don’t hate the pick as much as most. I wanted collier but at the end of the day it’s the 21st pick in the worst draft in 10 years. Odds are pretty good anyone we drafted there isn’t going to become anything and no one is trading future picks for the 21st pick in a shite draft

I don’t hate the pick. I think we’ve need an athletic big that can block shots for awhile now and this is a sorry draft anyways. Next year is supposed to be a good one and we have 2 first round picks in it.

I just hope that Griff doesn’t mess up the Ingram situation and does something good about it

Offseason isn’t over.

But who in this draft would step into the Pels lineup day 1 and contribute? Missi has a high ceiling. Filipowski might have been a safer pick but he basically is what he is.

The last two first round picks played a combined 5 minutes in the closeout game vs the Thunder.

I don’t hate the pick. He’s a higher character, but slightly less skilled Jaxson Hayes. That can be a solid player if the character/hard work/ wins out.

But, if we were going to trade BI for Murray and Capela or Okungwu

Missi doesn’t makes much sense. Filipowski would’ve made much more sense as a different type of big to pair with either Capela or Okungwu.

I think we are either running it back with BI. Or we are trading him to Houston for Jalen Green or Jabari Smith Jr as the main piece coming back.

Damn man. Taking his head off with the quickness.

He is definitely going to take a min.

Reminds me of a thinner Clint capela. Has some nice hops and can block shots. Can handle the ball some.
