Davis is a baby back bitch and Lebron is almost done. He’s going to fade fast.

We absolutely trade raped them.

Lebron might demand a trade at halftime.

Still need one more injury to either and then we can be sure.

What can the Lakers do to get better? I know the basic cap stuff but not everything about exceptions and such

No clue but Caruso and Schroder are free agents. Heck they even offered 4/84 to Schroeder and he declined like a dumbass.

Wish NOLA still had Monty Williams. I thought he was a good coach. Better than Gentry for sure and probably Van Gundy.

They are capped out for next year, maybe get a little relief but not much when Harrell opts out. I don’t see any real assets to trade except for first-rounders way down the road.

I worry about the Lakers adding players like Lillard, Tatum, or Luka, guys who are great players but can't necessarily win championships where they're at.

Nobody really knows what the Lakers are capable of and the NBA will do everything they can to keep that bandwagon fanbase watching.

All those players are signed to contracts which means they would have to trade but they have no assets. The free agent class sucks this year too

Tatum and Luka aren't going anywhere. I'm not sure the Lakers have the assets to get Lillard. Pick 22 this year, 2026 pick, 2027 swap, 2028 pick is all they have. That's basically the package we traded Jrue for. Seems like Portland would get more than that for Lillard.

The Brooklyn rule doesn’t let you trade consecutive picks right? So I don’t think they could even do that. Seems like they are stuck to me

I believe you're right. We have a lock on their 2025 pick with it being our option to switch which means 2026 would be a swap changing 2027 to a pick but 2028 to a swap. So that goes from 3 picks and 1 swap to 2 picks and 2 swaps. They might be able to trade that for someone, but not Lillard.

AD just signed a 5 year deal last year.
Lebron has another year after this i believe.
Wouldnt be surprised if they signed a player going into next year. I think the year after next is when they start to suck unless they get lucky as hell in free agency with a top player.

So we have Lakers 2022 1st, 2023 pick swap, and 2024 or 2025 depending if we defer and the Bucks 2024 swap, 2025 1st, 2026 swap and 2027 1st. We have something to to root for every year until 2027 lol
