Never said the organization wasn’t at fault. But it isn’t like he wanted out to go to a contender either. His preferred destinations were narrow and specific.

He wanted out only to go to NY or LA severely limiting the possibilities of what the Hornets could get back in return. Shot down a trade with GS that would have returned Curry/Thompson. Instead we get Kaman, Aminu and of course Eric Gordon.

Agreed. It’s nice to have a Pelicans superstar with his own signature shoe. Hopefully they’ll release it in Pelicans colors as well
