Is Miami offering him the max? If not, I don't get why he would go back?

Am I off base? I thought Bosh was from Dallas. why do they keep saying he's "going home" to Houston?

Has LeBron actually signed with the Cavs or is there still time to S&T? Once you use cap space you lose your exceptions so McRoberts and Granger would be taking up cap space as already pointed out. But if you keep or trade any or all of the big 3, you can get trade exceptions and S&T for guys like Lance Stephenson or Eric Gordon.

Texas is pretty small, so it's basically going home

Nah. Usually they don't officially sign for several days, sometimes even weeks in order to round these things out

The way that letter is written, he's in it for the long haul.

Yeah, I don't see how he could possibly leave Cleveland again.

David Aldridge @daldridgetnt · 3m Miami has offered Bosh the full five-year max deal to stay, per sources. Bosh hasn't decided between that & Houston's four-year max offer.

I think Miami will regret that in the future if he accepts it.

If Bosh stays in Miami, I wonder if they'll pursue Gasol and Ariza?
