We should have some sort of move by September 1st, correct?
Posted on 8/28/18 at 11:43 pm to joechristoppher77
with the moving of guarantees dates of Liggins and Emeka contracts and expiring of TPE. yes. it is possible.
personally I am looking for a lateral move (without intel).
it just looks like planned from the start in typical Dell fashion...

Scott Kushner: The #Pelicans have explored a series of point guards this month, hoping to add depth at the position. League sources said the following have come through (or are still in NO working out): Ty Lawson, Darius Morris, Tyrone Wallace and Erick Green. – via Twitter ScottDKushner

I would be so curious to see Erick Green in this system. The guy gets buckets. And he isn't a high turnover, mistake prone guy. One of my favorite offensive college players of the last decade. Got to the line, etc. I am sure you can get him with minimal guarantees. He'd probably be my choice.

probably he will agree for kind a contract Nunnaly got in Minny
gunner. can create a shot.
but if you are looking for distributor - he is not such a player

I would prefer a guy who is just happy to be in the league, as opposed to one that feels entitled to be in the league and is upset if he gets a DNP
Not saying Lawson would do that, but I know for sure Green wouldn't

pndexters 4MM TPE expires on 9/1
if they are gonna soak up Meeks or similar that’s the only real way they can do it
otherwise it’s vet minimums

We really need to make evil Jrue t-shirts.

the guarantee date was removed
sportac did not changed that
it was reported by Bobby Marks.
check rather basketball insiders site of Eric Pincus.
does not look like this sportac one but is more reliable

The Oklahoma City Thunder reportedly waived small forward Kyle Singler on Thursday. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, OKC will use the stretch provision on the final year of Singler's contract.

This makes me mad.
No wonder these big market teams can get away with things, when stupid lottery teams bail them out for sweet frick all.

How is this a bail out trade? Because Chriss was once a high draft pick? He's been worse than Diallo by many measures and like cgrand said, a pick from Houston has to be involved. If that's true then Houston gave up a 1st to trade one of the worst big contracts in the league for one of the worst guard contracts in the league.

He doesn’t rebound well and he shoots a bad percentage. Low 40s from FG, 30 from 3 and low 60s from FT.
I agree that it is a bailout if no pick is involved but I don’t see how the trade happens without a 1st. What’s Phoenix’s motivation to do this trade without a pick?
