I feel like I knew that, but wasn't positive.

Sean Kilpatrick just got released. His stats was 15.4 PPG on .439/.396/.813 shooting in nine games. Surprised bulls released him. Should we go for him? He's a PG/SG though.

Better wait and have finger crossed for Zipser to be waived. Also from Bulls.

Sources: The Chicago Bulls have rescinded the qualifying offer on guard David Nwaba, making him an unrestricted free agent.

Free-agent guard Wayne Ellington has reached an agreement to re-sign with Miami, league sources told ESPN.
The 30-year-old sharpshooter agreed to a one-year, $6.27 million deal, sources said.

The Heat now have a team salary of $127 million and are over the tax by $3.2 million, according to ESPN's Bobby Marks. The current tax bill for Miami is $4.9 million and the Heat will have until the end of the regular season to get under the threshold.
Justice Winslow makes $3.4 mil this season and fits our trade exception. While I admit I have not watched much of him, the kid is 22, plays at a high level on defense (or so I've heard), and is a former lottery pick. It's worth exploring imo
I'd take Richardson too but I am reluctant to think Miami would let him go just to get under the tax

Meanwhile, told the Hawks plan to keep @JLin7, acquired from BKN tonight (@wojespn first). With @TheTraeYoung in the mix as well, you’d have to think Atlanta is in range to deal incumbent point @DennisMike93, around whom trade rumors have been flying for weeks.

Damnit. Makes you think they have a trade in place for Schroder.
But I haven’t heard of any team that is interested in trading for him, have you guys? It sure wouldn’t be the Pelicans...

It was a useless pick anyway. May as well have tried to hit on a raw small forward

I saw on Twitter that the Raptors are now the leading candidates to acquire Kawhi? Interesting...

Just pretend we drafted Bluiett.
Problem solved.

Pelicans would have to send back at least $10.5 million in salary to make the deal work. Solomon Hill, perhaps? Then again, New Orleans might be looking to keep their cap sheet clean for a run in 2019 free agency, and swapping Schröder/Hill cuts out more than $2M in space
So could New Orleans get max cap space for next summer by just trading Hill?
quote:
I have them maxing out at just north of $27M in space, before taking into account their first-round pick, assuming that Julius Randle opts out
