It's a playin team in the East IMO. Kuzma and Poole are going to be 20+ppg guys. Nice reset.

Looks like the worst team in the league to me.

I would love Jarret Allen on this team. A good defensive center that can protect the rim and catch alley oops. JV is definitely a top 15 center but I don’t like his fit here offensively and defensively. More importantly JA has no ego and takes even less shots from BI Zion and Trey. Those 3 are out most effective and efficient players so they should be taking the majority of our shots

Siakam has said he will not re-sign with any team that would trade for him.

With that said, I don’t understand the fit with Steph and CP3
i would let CP3 run the second team mostly and be the small ball/crunch time PG. They would rarely play together and if CP is the PG, then Steph and Klay would be running all over the court. They would be an older version of the team they use to be, where they were killing everyone.

Probably get a bunch of guys wanting to play for GS now for next to nothing

It is a pretty solid fit

Exactly kind of like old rockets of cp3 and harden which got that team a lot of wins. They both took turns running the offense and honestly with both their ages it takes pressure off both of them. CP3 is a smart guy he’ll fit in. He fits in everywhere he goes. His only issue has been injuries.

Kuzma declined his option with the Wizards and is a unrestricted free agent.

Portland supposedly tried to offer 3 and Simons for Mikal Bridges and Brooklyn turned it down

My question is, if that odds flip is real and Scoot is still at 3

Would the Pels accept largely the same offer? Portland seems a bit desperate at this point trying to keep Dame.

I could see the appeal of wanting to keep him

He’s a great dude and he plays 82 games a year. And he’s on a great contract and showed he can be better than everyone expected with an expanded role.

I do Wonder If Brooklyn would be more prone to jump on that if they knew Scoot was there for sure.

We're neither offering BI or Zion. So no, we wouldn't do it.

JA was pathetic in the playoffs. That’s the only thing I’m worried about. Esp his comments on how “the lights were too bright” for him.

Brooklyn doesn't gain anything tanking because their own picks are spoken for.

I don't think Simons has real value

I disagree on Simons. Hes young and pretty good scorer/shooter. Honestly could use his offense. His contract not great but Simons can play.

This off-season was mega important for the future to be anything more than maybe winning a playoff series . Can’t help but feel like we already squandered it .
