Because she’s already giving all the proceeds to charity upon her death. She already has more money than she can spend with no heirs to leave anything to. She has zero reason to sell the team.

You could also say she has zero reason to own the team too. How old is she anyway? She is rich now . She will never have to declare bankruptcy again. Give someone else a chance at owning the team.

Jody Allen is required by the terms of Paul Allen’s will to sell the Blazers and Seahawks IIRC.
At least a portion was supposed to go to charity but she’s apparently giving it all to them.
