dude get real lester. deandre jordan and bledsoe have a shite ton of potential. kamans done is done after this year and they would have taken oak too. and minnesota first round pick. like i said people dont wanna fricking play here. you gotta draft them and by taking two of those five players you actually gives hornets fans hope. think we can contend with what we are getting? frick no. we need to blow it up and start over.

That's my problem. This deal is extremely short-sighted. It seems more like a move to keep the short-term value of the franchise floating for a sale.

you get real. A)you type like a retard. B)you are a retard. You don't know what the hell you are talking about.

take on those Clipper players with the 5 scrubs on our roster right now and what message do you tell the 10K people that just bought season tickets for this year?

you basically shite in their face. AS a season ticket holder, I would not renew my tickets next year. Fact. I am sure others would think the same thing.

anyway it came down to CP3 not agreeing to re-sign there and Eric Gordon not being involved in the deal. As much as people pump up Jordan and Bledsoe and AMinu they haven't proven shite. NOTHING

I like this deal. The gasol/odom shite is what had me pissed. I think this was one of the best possible deals the hornets could have made.

No, but that doesn't justify trading for 3 overpaid players. It's short-sighted and will end up fricking us.

Especially considering we have sold so many tickets this offseason.

LOL.

Why the frick do you think Houston just traded Martin, Dragic, Scola, and two draft picks in order to pay Gasol 60 million over 3 years.

Scola is as untradeable as Okafor.

Keep drinking the kool aid. Just don't cry next year when we have to trade Martin to get rid of Scola.

You are overreacting a bit.

Houston is retarded too. They aren't exactly being the smartest players here either.

Just because it was the "best deal" doesn't mean it was necessarily a "good deal." I'm not killing it like some other people on here but I'm certainly not enamored with it or coming away with the feeling that we stole something. Although again, like people said, I doubt Demps is done making moves.

The NBA is a short sighted league. You either get something, or you get nothing.

IT's amazing to me that people do not understand our situation.

ie

1)CP3 having to go to a place where he could be re-signed. Even then, places like NYK and LAK having limited coveted pieces.

2)our team having 5 guys under contract(all who suck) and a few weeks to fill the roster

get real dude.

this could be the 1st in a series of moves. you never know. Scola or Martin could be traded in the years to come to contenders for more players/picks. And you want to talk about shortsightedness? lol

Yes it could.

But what gives you confidence that they will be better?

Egg-zactly. When this is all said and done, most knowledgeable observers will be saying Demps did a great job all things considered.

Considering how many pieces we got in this deal makes me confident in Demps's ability to keep making moves that'll make this team as good as we can be without Paul.

It's far too early to judge this trade too positively or too negatively IMO.
