Giving him the max was a top 5 worst decision this franchise has made.

I was saying the same thing last season but also you can just let a guy who averages 25ppg walk either so the pels were pretty much screwed

That's stupid because right now, you can trade him and get a good bit of assets back. Regardless of his financial cost right now (i.e. his max).

Now if it was his 2nd max contract where its similar to CP3, westbrook's, etc...yeah you'd have to reconsider.

As it stands, he needs to continue to grow or we gotta figure it out.

Stupid as usual.

We could trade him today for a kings ransom if we wanted to, which makes it a great deal.

I'm not a fan of his game but this is a bad take. You now have a tradeable asset at least.

Bump to show you’re still a dumbass? Guy is only 23.

He scored 30 points 6 rebounds 2 assists. 10/22 fgs. Even though he chokes at the end of the game, he didn’t even hit his prime yet and will get better each year

You are a shite poster. Yeah he’s bad in the clutch right now, but he also had 30 and was the main reason we were up in the first place. Kids got an issue, it’s something he needs to work through, but wanting to get rid of him is fricking insane.

You and the others quit talking about him being young. That's not his issue.

For him to be making 30mllion year you have too be clutch and not choke

You’re a joke. You’re telling me a guy who only played 5 years that improved each year, won’t keep improving because that’s just who he is? That’s why organizations rather invest in prospects than aging players.

Your mentality is like Dell Demps. Get guys who are what they are instead of investing in guys who can turn into great players.

He is an outstanding scorer. He's going to put up great numbers. But Julius Randle does that. And the Lakers got better without both of them. BI will become a more efficient offensive player. Right now the ball sticks to his hand offensively. This is his 5th NBA season and he hasn't sniffed the playoffs. He's a scorer but not a great player at this point.

The Lakers definitely got better because they lost Randle and Ingram, not because they got LeBron and AD. Nope, nothing to do with that.
