They’re melting. They traded CJ, Powell, Covington and Nance for a giant ball of shite.

2025 Milwaukee pick with top 4 or 5 protection isn’t that great if you expect Giannis to play at a high level at that point.

I don’t think it will be a question of his game but him still being in Milwaukee.

He’ll still be under contract for that year. And he’ll still be 30 years old at the start of that season.

The Sixers thought Simmons would still be there for quite a while even after last year’s Houdini act in the playoffs.

shite changes quick if a big money player decides they want out.

They should see this and actually rebuild. They were reportedly planning to trade the pick from us for a solid vet to start trying to compete again with Dame. Just blow it up already.

Yup, if the Freek is still there, very good chance that the Hornets just got better compensation for Devontae fricking Graham than what they got for CJ/Nance lol.
Ouch.

They could have a core to rebuild with dame, Simons, and Trent.

Somehow they fricked that one up

Don't forget we gifted OKC pick 12 and possibly a top 4 pick

That should have been us

It could honestly turn out to be a disastrous win

I think this trade and how it's playing out will see Dame demand to be moved. It's the right decision for him and the great people of Portland to rebuild.

Powell and Covington - Justice Winslow, Eric Bledsoe, Keon Johnson, 2nd round pick (Detroit 2025)

CJ and Nance - Bucks 2025 1st (top 4 protected), Sato, NAW, Hart, Didi.

Subsequent deals with San Antonio and Utah shipped out Sato and NAW for a Memphis 2022 2nd, a San Antonio 2025 2nd, and Elijah Hughes.

Whole big ball of meh. That Bucks 1st and Detroit 2nd are probably the best assets next to Hart and Detroit’s going to be good if they can put more players next to Cade.

Are Winslow and Keon not considered to be assets now?

I think Winslow is considered a major disappointment as of now.

Keon hasn’t really turned into much yet but has potential.
