Why are we taking Beal and Lonzo when we already have Jrue. Doesn't make much sense putting one of them on the second unit. If we take Lonzo in the deal, he's being sent right back out for a pick

Yea it’s a tough call because I want the same. Allow players to grow with Zion
But again it seems like Griffin has made this stance - it’s either Lakers get us Beal or someone as good or we are going with Boston & Tatum

Because Washington more than likely hangs up the phone the second that they realize Ingram is off the table for them.
Zo, kuz and 4 isn't enough for Beal. I wish it was, but it's not.

Another angle is if LA can get Beal for 4 and Ingram then I would wait a year and sign AD as a FA. You have LeBron and Beal on your team for a year and fit AD in next season. Now I'm sure contracts might have to be reworked to make it fit

Because Washington has no use for him with John Wall and he does have value despite the fact that he shoots 42% from the FT line

That's what I'm getting at. If Beal is going to NOP then Ball has no fit in either Washington or New Orleans. His only reason being in the deal is that he is an asset. So we are looking at making this a 4 team deal

Just cut the lakers out the deal and send him straight to Washington for Beal and pick 9 or to Chicago for lavine, Porter, pick 6

Other than the Lakers pick being #4, it seems like the offer they sent us with dell demps is better. From what I recall we were offered everyone and the ( at the time ) unknown pick.

We don’t need a completed roster this season. But you take Lonzo because he’s an asset and you see if you can trade him & make it a 4-teamed or you put out Zo, Jrue, & Beal together and see what happens
