New Orleans is declining the qualifying offer on Cheick Diallo, which will make him an unrestricted free agent, league sources tell ESPN. Diallo, 22, adds another quality young big to the marketplace next week.

No cap space is added by not re-signing him.

Is Frank Jackson on notice or does training with Jrue and texting great things about the team to Zion keep him safe?

True.

While it's a skill we don't often give much credit for toward a team's success - cynics may even say it's close to worthless - but few centers on the market will cheer harder from the bench than Diallo.

Say what you will, but that man busted his arse off and turned in to a decent tank team player. It was double double Diallo at the end of the year.

demps could work a trade around the margins like a savant but he could not identify talent worth a frick. Let’s recall that the pels traded picks to draft both FJ and diallo

let’s just keep moving on and do not look back
