You guys think we have any interest? I like him a lot, would give us a true PG, plays good D, and shoots well from 3. I have no idea where a trade package for him would start though. I don’t have nearly as good a grasp on that sort of thing as some of the guys on here.

Yep...Seemed like Popovich was trying to get rid of him for quite a while...then only lasted coupla years at Atlanta. Talented...but alas...

I didn’t know he was considered a bad locker room guy. Antonio Daniels always talks about good good of a kid he is. I figured the Spurs traded him for the rebuild and Atl was just a bad situation

Markanenn is about the only type of trade acquisition that makes sense for this team. Big and long 3pt threat that could play the 4 or small ball 5.
