Holy shite. BI finally doesn't look like a stick.

MVP season incoming.

Well, it's there. BI even confirmed that he had added weight.

2019 Media Day

2021:

Looks happier too if you ask me. Apparently they’re allowed to listen to music now during practice. God SVG sucks.

Yeah he clearly looks thicker. He doesn’t need to look anything near Z or even Lebron. Just a bit more stout where he can absorb some blows when he attacks the rim.

Here is the Nola.com article where he talks about gaining weight.

I still don't see it. I don't think he needs anymore weight, maybe more definition. He weighs as much as Durant and he is 2-3 inches shorter. I'm sure he is stronger.

I'm not trying to be a contrarion. I just don't see the difference. Not like a Giannis transformation..

It does lend to the notion that Ingram is going to be playing a lot of the 4. We don't have a back up there and we have a glut of wings to play the 3 (Murphy, Hart, Marshall, even Sat and Temple when we go 3 guards).. I could see Ingram playing the 4 almost 24mpg..

It makes sense. We want to keep one of Ingram or Zion on the court all the time. It's just natural to slide him up. Plus Zion is going to play some Center. It fits, especially with our current personnel..

he's definitely a little bigger, which represents a trend. I fully expect him to look more like AD in a few years.

He's definitely got the shoulders to keep putting on more. To the person who compared him to KD, KD doesn't. KD is also a literal unicorn and possibly a top-5 player of all time.

Anyone else think Ingram wants to be here for the long term, irrelevant of what Zion wants to do?

Shocker.

There's definitely a difference. He is clearly thicker. Maybe 15-20 lbs heavier, he's just a very long guy.

He looks a little thicker to me. Normally, I would worry about speed but he's already slow as shite

Who in da fuq has had a transformation like Giannis lol. You can definitely tell from the picture he has put on some weight. Focus on the shoulder/upper chest and neck. If you can't see that then I don't know what to tell you. Do you also not notice a difference in Duke Zion and Pelicans Zion?

Yeah I 100% think BI is the rare great player, like a Bradley Beal, that can be made content as long as he has a competitive team and the sense a FO does him right.

Which makes me frustrated when fans shite on the guy or want to get rid of him because he's not Kawhi Leonard.

He's a 24 year old(birthday two weeks ago) with great character, budding leadership, and has demonstrated the ability to get meaningfully better every season.

I will be shocked if BI is not a consensus top 15 player by 26-27.

That beard shape does him no favors in that regard.

Think that is largely what it is though.

It's like his barber asked him how he wants to shape it up and BI just said: Double Chin

It was always going to take him a long time to physically mature into his frame. Dudes arms were so long and lean before. Hard to really get stronger at a young age with that lengthy a frame and slight build.

Anyone remember Durant not being able to bench press 185 once going into the league
