This, he put it out there like this board and specifically this thread NEEDED a contrarian, which is silly and annoying. This thread of all threads, there is no rational argument to say this thread just needed a Pels fan to come in and take the opposite side. There's no need for an opposite side to "BI likes the city of New Orleans," just none.

I know I get called a contrarian a shite ton, but I've never once taken stance for the sole purpose of just being a contrarian. If I'm taking a stance it's because I 100% believe it, and can generally make at the very least some logical arguments to my side.

But the idea of taking the other side "just cause" is just weird, to be honest.

Orphan jokes are always funny. You should have probably tried to work in a gay dig too.

Why make a shitty comment about a star player that actually enjoys playing in New Orleans?

1. Not a star
2. I don't think he cares where he plays
3. I'm not insecure about NO as a place to love or play. I'm sure both are great if you are super rich

Are you that miserable of a son of a bitch?

I feel pretty good. Thank you.

Ingram is most definitely a star player. Superstar? No. But he’s definitely a star.

This dumb arse says this when BI talks about how he has direct access to the facility, fewer distractions and can just get his work done. An a-hole who also has a reading comprehension problem. Post less and we’d all be better off.

A superstar is a player that transcends the sport. Popular and recognizable by even non-fans (like Lebron and Jordan). There are maybe 5 of those in the current game.

A star is a franchise player and multi time all NBA level performer. There are maybe 10-15 of those. I think that is stretching it (it is way over used).

An all-star is a guy that makes an all-star game that season or has made it many times in the past, with a couple of starts. For example, I wouldn't go around calling Wiggins an All-star.

To get the thread back on track a bit…this only strengthens my belief that we’re going to extend BI unless shite really hits the fan this season

Good lord you're miserable.

I have never seen any data to support that professional athletes need a great work environment to be successful or love their teams city. I'd prefer a more business minded approach.

This thread was a good re-read. Maybe a few apologies should be handed out. To think this was only 3 months ago, holy crap.

That will never happen and I really hope Ingram turns it around. I want him to be good and help our team.

I'm sure once he does, I'll be taking a ton of trash talk which will be great. There are a few bookmarking threads to rub my face in it, especially if he doesn't retire by 30 (4 seasons from now)..

You gotta get in all the trash talk you can on BI before he retires in 2 years!
