It amazes me how pathetic a #1 seed has to be to struggle this badly against such a team.
Even if they get by the Pelicans, they aren’t winning crap this season.

When we win it’s “stop sleeping on us and just looking at the record we’ve been way better since CJ came” but when they win its back to “oh well we’re a 36 win team they shouldn’t be shocked”. It’s dumb, either man up and want to win the series because we’re a damn good team or be one of the “oh well we weren’t supposed to make it this far” people

I think it gives Jose so much confidence being booed by the best basketballs teams fans. This dude is a rookie udfa who at one point was only on a 2-way contract. He’s been an amazing story this year. Crazy how far he’s come.

This is a loser mentality type of thinking. Downgrading your team so you can talk shite about another team. frick that. This team is good now with CJ and Nance in town, BI taking a leap, etc. The Suns have been in a damn dogfight since halftime of game 1. They deserve to celebrate when they win, it’s an accomplishment to beat this version of the Pels. Now let’s go beat their arse tomorrow night and set up a game 7 where anything can happen.

You do realize that if you remove the 1st 13 games of the season where we started 1-12, where BI sat out half those games, and just look at the games in which BI played in after that, we were 28-20 in those games, which is a team on pace for 48 wins?
