Agree... very intriguing for sure.

I think Simmons is actually really really good... put some shooters around him, Nets could be really nice in the East

Should have a ton of Ammo to do so

the Los Angeles Lakers are now reportedly willing to include both 2027 and 2029 first-round draft picks in a deal for Kyrie Irving. Earlier in the offseason, the Nets were unwilling to take back Russell Westbrook in any Irving deal.

No surprise here. Lebron runs that organization, and he doesn't care what they look like in five years.

If...and it's a big IF...landing Kyrie would get Lebron to sign a 2 year extension, I think two 1sts isn't a very big price to pay at all.

But I'm not trading those pieces without some assurances from both Lebron and Kyrie on extensions. I'm not sure if Kyrie can sign an extension now because his assurance would obviously not mean much if it couldn't be done til next offseason.

People said that 5 years ago. He we are 5 years later and he still is dropping 30 a game. His body will not give out first it will be his mind. Once he knows he won’t break anymore records and he has no shot at a title THATS why he will retire.

But he's playing less games.

He's missed 35% of the season over the past two years.

theres a difference between someone posting a factual statement and posting a love song...

there is a world where that exists FYI.... don't have to take it into any sort of one minded context.

That is deep.
Although some love songs can be extremely factual FYI.

its more of a Beat L.A. kind of thread with dark undertones of shadenfruede regarding Davis health issues and a jealousy discount of the Davis championship ring as bubble ring.
the bubble was for me the only fair tournament ever.
no home crowd. you could hear the sneakers.

No home crowd but having a long gap for them to rest and no travel outside of Orlando was pretty much built for that team.

AD and LeBron are fragile at this point so things worked out perfectly for them to be able to win.

great news for Pels fans.

Hopefully he takes that option in 2024-2025 at 40 years old.

48 million a year...
