Wizards win lol

Wizards have the roster capable of winning these types of games. Unless we completely just fk up the tank the next few games, we should pass them
Posted on 3/31/19 at 9:49 pm to Macintosh
They have the Bulls and Knicks on the schedule.
Pels winning any more games would be beyond stupid. 7th is there for the taking with an outside shot at 6th. But Charlotte looked terrible tonight. Losing that game will be the biggest challenge

Maybe Charlotte getting blown out is a good thing. I didn’t check, but maybe they say out their starters in the fourth quarter, which will give them more rest for this road schedule and eventually against us

6. Dallas 30-46 | 1 game ahead of Pels
7. Memphis 31-46 | 0.5 Games ahead of Pels
8. New Orleans 32-46 | 1 Game behind Dallas, 0.5 Games behind Memphis
8. Washington 32-46 | Tied with Pelicans
10. Minnesota 34-42 | 2 games behind Pelicans
11. LA Lakers 35-42 | 2.5 games behind Pelicans
Pelicans:
35-41 Hornets
17-60 Suns
38-39 Kings
52-24 Warriors
Dallas:
49-27 76ers
34-42 Wolves
31-46 Grizz

Memphis:

39-37 Pistons
52-24 Warriors
Washington:

45-32 Celtics
Minnesota:
48-28 Blazers
3-46 Mavs
38-38 Heat
44-33 Thunder
54-23 Raptors
Thoughts: New Orleans is 1 game behind Dallas and 0.5 games behind Memphis. They play each other twice. A sweep by either of them would almost knock the Pelicans up a spot. Ideally they split and the Mavs take down the Suns. That would put the Pels ahead of both (if they were to only beat the Suns on the final week).
Dallas also has Minnesota
Washington has two games they should win in Chicago and New York.

It appears the Pelicans tied the series with both Washington and Memphis. They won the series against Dallas. My numbers in the above post aren't correct for Dallas.
The Pelicans are 1.5 games behind Dallas

There aren't tie beakers for lottery balls other than the coinflip for the odd number.

quote:
In the event that teams finish with the same record, each tied team receives the average of the total number of combinations for the positions that they occupy. In 2007, the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Portland Trail Blazers tied for the sixth worst record. The average of the 6th and 7th positions in the lottery was taken, resulting in each team getting 53 combinations (the average of 63 and 43). Should the average number not be an integer, a coin flip is then used to determine which team or teams receive the extra combination(s). The result of the coin flip is also used to determine who receives the earlier pick in the event that neither of the tied teams wins one of the first three picks via the lottery.
Good call. I remember seeing coin flips. I guess its only for what you said

Coin flip for the odd # ball and the better position if your number isn't drawn. So if it ended today, WAS and NOP would split the lottery combinations for #8 & #9. A coinf lip would then determine who gets the extra combination and who picks 8 vs 9 if neither jump.

I think Dallas is a lock a 6. I dont like that Minnesota schedule at all. I dont need those jackasses ruining the party.

They have to play the Grizz 2x and Suns. My ideal is they split with the Grizz and beat the Suns. Griz then get the Mavs win and beat the Warriors bench their last game.

Those assholes really screwed us in the Anthony Davis draft. We ended up with Rivers and could have gotten Lillard

They beat OKC despite being down with 32 seconds left.

quote:OK. They have lost several despite leading late in the 4th. I do not see them going on a winning streak. Although, their hopes of keeping the pick this year are slipping (only top 5 protected).

Don't even bother looking at the Dallas/Philly score. Nothing good there

We got ourselves a tight tanking race, sons
Posted on 4/1/19 at 9:56 pm to Macintosh
Lose out and we get in at 6th best odds. Memphis, Dallas, and Washington playing much better than we are right now.

Tonight was a good night for the tank
