You have to fire him. This team runs no offense and is completely clueless in the final 4ish minutes of every damn game. Yes, this game the refs determined that the Grizzlies were to win but they collapsed again to put it in that position.
You have to fire Willie to try and salvage the season.

It's the Players just as much as the coaching.
We can't make FT and we got Trey airballing 3's and Zion driving into 4 Grizzlies in crunchtime.

Even our good shooters fricking SUCK late in games. In the last three games how many air ball threes or bad brick threes have we seen?

It's pretty fixable. They have this crazy fricking rule in the league where you can stop the possession if you have the ball to draw up a play. I think it's called a timeout.

Missed free throws, turnovers, and a phantom foul call that was overturned resulting in a jump ball that never should have happened all were equally contributory to coaching errors tonight

I know Z got the charge in OT and it was a bad play, but it's still mind boggling that we don't try to run plays in late game situations to get Z free and moving downhill. There will never be a time where a BI iso is a better play than a Zion drive, even if it does wind up working occasionally.

It depends entirely on if BI or Zion can get a favorable switch off a pick
Both are good options if we just move a little faster and stop trying to win by letting BI run the shot clock down
Late game coaching has been atrocious
