The artist who I automatically switch off when they come in is Dave Matthews. Just have never been able to stand his voice.
However, the song that gets on my nerves more than others is You Light Up My Life. Probably because I heard it way too much when I was a kid when it came out. We had it on 45 in my house. She could sing, but man what a terrible song.

Probably Zombie by The Cranberries.
After years of gigging in cover bands and hearing countless karaoke renditions, I can’t stand this song anymore. When she gets to the “ay ay ay ay” part of the chorus, I want to rip my own ears off and vomit. It’s like nails on a chalkboard to me. I usually find an excuse to walk outside the bar room when this song plays now.
The strange part is I actually really like other songs by the Cranberries. “Linger” is fantastic, but I can’t take the weird yodeling in “Zombie”.
After years of gigging in cover bands and hearing countless karaoke renditions, I can’t stand this song anymore.
