Almost have to see him live to appreciate how good Dan Auerbach is. Like the black keys or not, he is a magician with the guitar in his hands.

Years ago I was in Vegas and got comped some tickets to Wayne Newton....I was surprised at how good he was on the guitar

Vivian Campbell for sure

Claudio from Coheed gets more acclaim for his songwriting than his playing but he is amazing at playing complicated riffs while singing

Still feel that James Hetfield is somewhat underrated for all he can do
