Anyone see the video for All Your'n??

One of the YT commenters put it best - "I just failed a drug test from watching this video."

No drugs for me, but it's beautifully done, and as usual great lyrics.

I came across it in this Guardian piece on Childers.

I heard a sampler of it. I don’t think it’ll stack up to Purgatory but it’s gonna be a great album. All the songs on it have been bouncing around YouTube for a few years, so it feels like I already know them all. Excited to hear it in full tomorrow

Great article and pumped about the new album!

I'm just patiently waiting for 'Messed Up Kid' and 'Song While You're Away' to be on a record.

I think those will come with the inevitable live album next year.

Just listened. Upon first quick listen I’m bored. I hope it grows on me. Don’t get me wrong it’s not bad music it’s just not a 1/4 of what purgatory was.

Lyrically maybe, but sonically this album has way more going on than purgatory.

It sucks

I listened to it this morning

It’s like 3 chords on acoustic guitar and da da da steel guitar or fiddle

It’s like he’s trying to be hank Williams jr

I like Ever Lovin' Hand. Dude managed to write a great song about beating off in a motel room.

House Fire and All Your'n work so much better in album form. They are pretty good songs(definitely not his best), but they flow better around his other songs.

On my second listen, and its definitely not his first album, but its not bad.

Totally disagree, they neutered those songs on the album. I much prefer the live versions.

A lot of the songs sound the same but that’s nothing new with Childers.

Bottles and Bibles and Play me a Hank song are the same fricking song.

Overall it’s good but not great.

That new mike and The Moonpies tho......

I was pretty excited about this Album but after listening it a couple of times it is pretty Meh. Not bad but not great either like his other stuff.

A lot of decent songs but they do sound a lot alike.

They’re better than decent to me but I kinda agree. Not much really stands out after the first listen besides House Fire and All Your’n.

I was talking about listening to it as apart of the whole album and not just as singles. They sound much better as a part of a whole.

Cant really beat his stuff live.

Totally misunderstood and I get it. The whole is better than the individual parts. It’s growing on me.
Creeker is amazing.
