I'm not really sure how everyone valuates the criteria of a "Frontman/Woman" but here's my list.

Best
Freddie Mercury
James Brown
David Lee Roth
Mick Jagger
Bruce Dickinson

Most Underrated
Michael Hutchence
Wendy O Williams
Alice Cooper
Ronnie Van Zant
Joan Jett (Thanks for reminding me Rockford. I knew there was someone more deserving than Dave Grohl for this spot.)

Angus Young

I love Angus and AC/DC, but wouldn't the frontman be the one standing in the front singing the songs?

Ronnie was great, RIP. Crazy that three brothers fronted bands - Ronnie, Donnie and Johnny.

Saw STP once, and my buddy just looked at me and said, "that dude is born to be a Rockstar."

I was born too late - missed the peak of STP and Robert Plant/LZ.

I did see Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts. It was sad. I look at the videos of "Unglued" live (Hard Rock, Pa.) and think about how damn good he was when he was in his prime.

STP is my favorite band of those I'll never get to see.
