Jack Logan- Bulk
Athens area mechanic who is one of the best you have never heard about. A Rolling Stone writer was told about him in the early 90s and went to check him out. Discovered Jack had over 640 eight track taped songs recordings from his garage. He chose what he considered were the 42 best and worked with a local label to put out a 2 disc set. Guy said he was in awe. Jacks band was called Liquer Cabinet and their biggest exposure was a gig on Conan O'Brien one night around 96. Jack never wanted the big time musician life and always wanted to remain a plain old engine junkie and play locally in Athens about once a year. That album is gold though.

Though known to most people for one song, In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, Iron Butterfly later changed up their line-up, adding dual lead guitars, and put out this solid album in 1970.
