What was your best drug experience, what were you on, who were you listening to, and where were you?

I've never done heroin. I would never do heroin. I would never recommend that anyone else should ever do heroin.

But it sure hasn't hurt my record collection.

I was jacked up on Dr. Pepper once while listening to The Smiths' Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now, all alone, and in the dark.

Now that was an experience.

But that's all I've got.

Ecstacy back in early I think it was watching tiesto with sarah McLachlan singing live, just one of those special nights with friends you still talk about years later

Once I split a Miller Lite pony with a buddy at a Radiohead concert. 3.50 ounces baby!

I love smoking a little herb and drinking a little drank before a show. Really helps me GET IN THE POCKET

Knocked back a couple doses of Orange Sunshine and saw Phish at Mcalister Auditorium on 10/14/94. It blew my fricking mind.

Assuming we are not talking about being on drugs at shows:

“Smokers Delight” by Nightmares on Wax on acid was a lot of fun

Dark Side of the Moon on various drugs in HS was always fun

I jammed 7/22/97 on mushrooms one time and got my mind blown by Mikes bass playing

And of course a large dose of ketamine with “Heart of Glass” by Blondie set on repeat was....pretty amazing. HeadyBrosevelet knows what I’m talking about

I went to see The Wall with a buddy tripping on acid when it first came out. I don't really remember much but I know I had a good time.

Tripping balls for Tom Petty live several years ago. The lights and solos had me misty eyed a few times

I've never done cocaine, but I know what it smells like.

I saw the Dead many times. Draw your own conclusions.

Anyone ever done DMT? Sounds interesting but apparently very hard to find.

The 60s were way before my time but I'm convinced that the type of drugs they were doing back then elevated their creativity and proficiency in writing songs.

Yes. It's not that hard to find, but if you do find it make sure you're with someone that has done it before. It's intense.

They were doing the same drugs musicians still do today - weed, acid, mushrooms, coke, and heroin. Some things are transcendent.

I've seen Panic 93 times.

Obligatory: You need drugs to enjoy their terrible music
