There is some great COUNTY music still out there, none of it comes out of Nashville though.

Four pages and no Hank 3,Jason Isbell, Billy Strings, Fred Eaglesmith, Brent Cobb, 49 Winchester, Hayes Carll, etc. I could go on but there is a lot of great country music out there you just won’t hear it on pop country stations.

We have 95.9 The Ranch here in Ft. Worth. I haven't changed the station in my car in years.

Here are some good country artists right now:
Brenn Hill
Shane Smith and the Saints
Ryan Bingham (of Yellowstone "fame")
Chris Stapleton
Jason Boland
Cody Johnson
Ned LeDoux (Chris' son and sounds just like him)
Josh Abbott Band
Current radio country is a different genre.

I today's day and age I don't understand bitching about music. Spotify has millions upon millions of songs. Listen to the Colter Walls of the world.
Bluegrass/Folk has been exploding with talented artists for a while now.

I don’t listen to his music or know any of his songs. But I stumbled upon his backstory not long ago. It’s pretty cool. It goes that he was in prison at the lowest point in his life and heard Craig Morgan’s “Almost Home.” He said hearing that song changed his life. Decent redemption story.

Jelly seems like a good guy.
Son of a sinner is a really good song. It's country but he's not.
The whole group in Nashville, jelly, struggle Jennings, Yelawolf , shite even bubba sparks. They're just trying to make good music, hip hop, rock, country.
Jelly should keep being himself. I can't hate on that. Douchebags who pretend to be "country boys" like Jason Aldean etc are the ones you should direct ire at.
Jelly is his own man.
Not fair to hate on that.
