People throw out 2112 as a concept album, but it’s not. There’s a bunch of unrelated songs on there. Same with Hemispheres. They are just side long epics.
Power Windows by Rush is a concept album. Every song deals with some kind of “power”.
Power of money, physics and the universe, weapons, will power, tribalism, relationships, emotions, and the unknown.

Clockwork Angels is a rock opera.

Iron Maiden - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son *this is my favorite and IMO the original GOAT metal concept album

Dream Theater - Six Degrees
Tremonti - A Dying Machine
Iced Earth - Something Wicked Pt1 w Ripper Owens (not Pt2 that one not great)

Ice Nine Kills has the Silver Scream concept with all songs being about horror movies - then they released Silver Scream 2 same thing and have completely made their band about nothing but that...

and how about a concept band - all of Coheed and Cambria (minus one album)

Have to add one more - Pictures at an Exhibition - ELP

This thread lead me down the rabbit hole of ELP again. Damn, they have held up well. Pictures especially.

Video isn't even ELP, it's the Oslo Philharmonic playing Mussorsky and it's the most I've ever enjoyed classical. Of course it's largely because I knew the ELP cover, but Damned, I can understand why ELP loved it. Skip to 29:35 if the beginning doesn't work for you. Warning - actual classical music follows. But very interesting.

Oslo Philharmonic - Pictures

And some ELP from the same work:
