My favorite is a cheat since it's 3 albums telling a story but it's the Aaron West and the Roaring 20s 3 albums. The latest (possible finale) came out last week.

What are y'all's favorite?

Southern Rock Opera, by Drive-By Truckers is a great one I've been revisiting looking forward to the upcoming tour. Zip City is one of my all time favorite songs and Mike Cooley is severely underrated as a songwriter.

The Downward Spiral is probably my all time favorite.

Not sure some of these are really a concept album. More of a album united by a single theme. Anyway, The Wall is the obvious answer. Redheaded Stranger is second.

Any Nick Cave and Bad Seeds album

Or at least I feel like they're all concept albums.

Lord Huron - Vide Noir. They even made a bad Lynchian b-movie about it.
