Pearl Jam.

Love their first 3 albums but equally as impressive is how they’ve managed to consistently put out such steaming piles of shite ever since

Blackberry Smoke - Great band live, very fan friendly, and tickets are pretty reasonable.

Nine Inch Nails. I’m not even the biggest fan but I saw them on a festival bill a few years ago. Blew me away. I think, currently, probably the best rock/alt-rock band touring. Trent Reznor is a fricking professional

Album #3 was the steaming pile of shite. Albums 4 and 5 were great.

Can't miss for me is currently Goose. If Fat Freddy's Drop toured the US, then they'd be my #1 can't miss, but I kind of figure I'll never be able to see them live.

That’s interesting. I just discovered them with their Live Drugs album and think they’re great. Sad that the actual performances might not be as good as what’s on the record.

Also need to shout out my boy and Louisiana baw from Carencro, Marc Broussard.

He put on a hell of a show Sunday night for a packed house at The Heights Theatre.
