Always been a fan and didn’t realize they have a new album out this year.

Rubberneck is one of the best albums of the 90s.

I have a couple of their songs on my various playlists. Namely Possum Kingdom and Tyler.

Hell Below/Stars Above is the last Toadies album that I purchased, but I’m still interested to listen when they bring something new.

They toured and played Rubberneck in entirety a couple years ago and it was awesome to see those songs live in order - that album was a staple for me at 15 driving in my first truck

I saw them at The Varsity touring behind Rubberneck. It was an awesome show.

I saw them at Palladium in 99 or 2000 in Beaumont Texas.
My buddy was a mortician at the time and he took the funeral home limo and picked us up in a limo driver outfit.
We would have went to prison with the amount of drugs we had in that thing

I used to go see them at little bars in Deep Ellum in the mid 90s. Dude could sing that scream better than anybody.

I love his voice. He had another band at one point that had a couple good songs.

Super early Tyler in front of a crowd of about 4 people.

Even earlier demo version of "Tyler", which, at the time was called, "Tyler, Texas"

This is a very early version of Tyler, which at the time was called Tyler Texas, based on the last words of the song. You will hear lyrics from Tyler throughout the song, but lyrics are just about exact around the 4 minute mark. Since this is a very old song, I included photos of our very first show at The Axis in Fort Worth, Texas. And yes, we did run out of gas on the way to our very first gig, hence the picture of Vaden filling up the van with gas as we were stranded at University Dr. & Interstate 30.

That’s fantastic. Thanks.
The official video is actually damn good too. The video plus the lyrics equals legit creepiness.
And of course the song fricking rocks.
