Anyone here into collecting concert posters or posters of their favorite artists?

I never really knew it was a thing until I learned a while back that Metallica has been putting out a unique poster for every concert they perform. Curiosity got me searching for the artists and it just opened up a whole new world for me.

I have four concert posters currently on my walls all from crb shows ive been to.
Theres SO many great poster artists out there these days, but i only buy posters from shows i went to.

You’re right about that. I really enjoy the work that F4D Studios and their artists put out. Munk One is another great one... I try to buy prints to shows I attend when they’re available but I also have several Metallica prints from Scandinavian and Eastern European countries as well because I enjoy the themes.

I always enjoy the poster appraisals by Nicholas D. “Nicho” Lowry on Antiques Roadshow. He’s the moustached guy who is usually wearing a loud window pane suit.

We do the same as mentioned above. Only ones we have been too. Some are prints some are numbered. My wife will find old frames at garage sales. Gaudy ones and hang them. Eagles, Elton J, Pearl Jam GnR to name a few. It’s kinda fun to see.

My current collection consists mostly of Metallica prints but I haven’t been at this too long. It really started off as a quest to find high quality prints of my step daughter’s favorite album covers and just grew from there.

Ive got the 3 Emek Tool posters... Berlin and Tool. Pretty rare and pricey. Have def gone up in value since I purchased.
