Take this as RUMINT for the present moment but it's looking possible that acclaimed filmmaker Denis Villeneuve's next project will be a biopic on the last queen of Egypt: Cleopatra. Taking a leaf out of Netflix's critically-acclaimed (lol) documentary series, it's looking like Zendaya is set to star as the Macedonian Greek ruler of first century B.C. Egypt.
Timothée Chalamet is rumored to be circling the role of Gaius Octavius Caesar with Daniel Craig set to star as his uncle, Julius Caesar.

Ah this story again, apparently Villeneuve's representatives have completely denied this and it seems to be coming from one blog post about a rumored production sheet. Probably just Newsweek generating rage clicks but I guess time will tell

I really like Zendaya. She's a good actress and just built different physically than your typical Hollywood chick. A beautiful and talented woman.
