Jimmy is about as "bad" as a paper sack filled with wet rice.

I thought the same thing. They built it up to be the hardest thing Jimmy would have to endure. Seems to be way more professional and respectful than Dutton Ranch.

Yellowstone officially “jumped the shark” when everyone survived the multi-faceted attack on the Suttons at the beginning of this season. That was so over-the-top that there was no way to come back from it without killing off at least one main character. They should have limited the attack to John Dutton.

The actor playing Jamie is the worst actor on a major show in a long time.

If not for wanting to hear Rip’s one-liners, I’d be done with it.

Someone needs to drop a link to this in Sheridans inbox. He has managed to trash an easily good show with sheer laziness and cringe. He needs to pull a rabbit out of his hat to redeem it.

To quote some of my favorite scenes in Yellowstone: "whoa"

This season has been a big let down. It's getting to the point where my wife and I either laugh at every scene or can guess what will happen next.
"Hey I bet Beth walks in this meeting, cusses someone out, then leaves in two minutes." - happens every time.

Jimmy goes from barely being able to walk with a brace to being a full blown cowboy in a few days. Just laughable. Did I miss something or does time move faster in Texas than Montana. It took him two seasons just to not look like a druggie and now he is riding off into the sunset like he owns the place.

About the only reasonable part of the last episode is when Jimmy stood up to show respect to the other ranch owner while at dinner.

This is probably one of the dumbest things about this series right now. She's a shrewd business woman that clawed her way up the ladder, but duuuuuhhhhhh, who tipped off the press, such a mystery!

How can anyone who witnessed the Grizzly plot that spanned a couple episodes have high expectations for this series?

Lost tourist scaling a steep cliff fall to their deaths while a life saving Grizzly kill leads to an investigation resulting in a horse carrying a Federal female agent getting spooked into impaling her on a fence post.

My wife likes Costner and the Rip character, along with Beth, so it ends up on the TV, but it's more comedy for me at this point.

think this week the scenes were something like 1883,

Was that 1883 portion a part of the Yellowstone episode? I thought it was another long commercial for it and just skipped through it

If anyone's also watching mayor of Kingstown, there's a very similar scene where the good guys storm a restaurant to stop a robbery and a good guy gets killed from like two weeks ago. And the Sherriff in Yellowstone is one of the cops in the scene in Kingstown. Sheridan might just be copy and pasting script parts into multiple shows.

He has definitely carried over the lazy writing to 1883. Daughter gets beat up almost raped the first night in town, get the guys brains splattered all over her. Next day she is all smiles loving life and swimming in the river. Nevermind that right before the rape seen she was talking about how innocent she was basically. I guess not young and innocent enough to be traumatized by an attempted rape and brains being splattered all over your face.

I can’t take one more wasted scene on fricking Jimmy.

Attractive females chasing him like he’s 90s Brad Pitt is absurd, get the frick out of here!

Right? In his short time on the ranch he somehow learned to be some prim and proper cowboy? FOH. He is such a goofy bastard. They could've at least made him a former druggie that was remotely endearing or attractive.

He's the Dewey Crowe of Yellowstone.

Is the actor Taylor Sheridan's nephew or something? If not, I have no reason why he is given so much screen time and portrayed like a cowboy sex symbol

All you mother fricker's are jealous of Jimmy.....he learned to be a pretty good cowboy in a short period of time (while you mother frickers wouldn't know the arse end of a horse from the head) and he gets all the hot women (whereas your wives are all pushing 280).

Good on you Jimmy
