Love this attention to detail, thank you!

Things are not going to end well for her (and/or others in the group) if she's a schizophrenic without her medication...

I was interested in this and I can’t stream this one cause I don’t have showtime. Any other options to watch this?

Amazon is offering a Showtime subscription for $.99 for two months, but the offer ends today: LINK

I think that might get you get through the entire series if they keep releasing one episode a week?

I think the show is decent. It's very similar to LOST in a lot of ways but obviously darker. Something big has to happen to Jackie as she is really the only prominent character that we haven't seen as an adult. I could see her being the one sending them the cards.

I had a weird thought after this most recent episode.

What if they suffered from some sort of traumatic event (or substance) in the woods and all went ape-shite crazy, and we're just seeing their current lives from the eyes of unreliable narrators?

The supernatural stuff could be hallucinations and false memories, paranoia from the wife who thinks her husband is cheating, murder conspiracies about the guy who just gave up and hung himself, etc.

As in, the people around them know they're crazy, but they don't know it themselves.

Might also explain how the police and the auto body guy keep showing up, as if they're on a long leash, but being observed from a distance.

Lot of holes in this probably, but it just popped in my head.

That is an interesting theory. I just hope it isn't supernatural.

Starting to wonder if there is a supernatural element to it or they are all just fricked in the head from trauma.

Well we know now that the reporter is not a reporter. Maybe the auto shop guy is a reporter

Loving this show so far. Can someone clear something up for me? There were two coaches, right? The one in the tree that was dead was the father of Travis and the other boy.

And then the guy whose leg got cut off is another coach?

Interested to see what happens with the cabin. Surely someone is still alive around there because they saw the glare from the water.

ETA: Sammy is SUPER creepy I'm wondering if there's an adult Jackie still alive (I hope so).

That’s correct. Older head coach and younger, “hot” assistant coach. Pretty sure more than just crazy girl was giving him lustful looks when he took his shirt off or something in the first episode.

As of now, I think they’re just selling that as a reflection off a window rather than a living person, but I guess we’ll see.

Agreed. At first I thought they were going to give him social problems because he has two moms and kids give him shite for it, but now it’s clear he’s got something dark in him.

This wouldn’t surprise me. The showing of the necklace was pretty heavy-handed in order to lead us to assuming she’s dead, but the story needs to do a good job with getting us to that reveal (if that’s the case).

The faux-reporter political operative for Taissa is looking for other survivors, so more than the main cast were rescued.

Yes, I too believe there is more to him. His arrival at the hotel was pretty convenient.

Maybe getting his wife to frick some other dude was the husband’s true fantasy. Hahaha.

I first wondered if he was there for some innocuous reason, like selling the hotel furniture.

But how did he not see his own car tailing him there? She wasn't exactly being stealthy.

Had the same thought.

Ultimately, I think this will be the case. He’s trying to get some big deal lined up, but doesn’t want to get the family’s hopes up on a potential windfall payday. So, he’s being secret about it. His gestures while walking with the lady were more in line with discussing something other than seduction.

Yes, that was pretty silly. Not only was she not being stealthy and right on his arse, it’s a red minivan with a bumper that’s falling off. Tough not to notice and put two and two together for him, especially with the empty parking lot walking towards it whenever he leaves the store.

Auto body guy is too young/good looking for her. He's throwing himself at her and its obvious. Doesn't make sense. He's obviously tailing her, set up the fender bender, etc.

There's so much weird shite. I, too hope its not a supernatural thing.

I almost got the impression that auto guy’s wife is the one Shaunna’s husband is hooking up with. He said something that made me think that.

It also would be the reason he’s always showing up, maybe tailing Shaunna’s husband etc.

SPOLERS!!!!!

This episode was much more exciting that episode 3. What were y'all's thought. It pissed me off when the girl noticed the weird carving on the tree and still didn't say anything.

Misty is even crazier than I thought. But serious question, how can you hang yourself like that by yourself? I guess it you have enough slack to get to the cab, maybe I'm overthinking it. Also, you kill a deer and you ain't eating that backstap? City slickers. Loved the Dinosaur Jr. reference, and the rumor about Flex's rib cage (perfect 90s rumor to make fun of). lmao

This Travis guy… there is something they’re not telling us

Now we see Shaunna visibly upset about him when she finds out he’s dead

Looks like Natalie goes master buck hunter in the woods for them to have all those skins that they’re wearing in the first episode

Yeah, his entire character existing makes zero sense. Shauna seeing a kid Jackie in her letterman jacket when she was with him was interesting. I wonder if that is some foreshadowing, or her subconscious telling her not to trust him. I am really hoping Jackie didn't end up as a shish kabob and there is an adult version running around somewhere.

I get the strange feeling that Misty knew Travis was dead before they got there, and why were the cops already heading there when no-one but them seemed to be around?
