Did I read this as an idea on this board? I think I might have read this idea on here and stashed it away in a corner of my mind.

Tarantino is supposedly “retired?” Is that for real?

I hate the notion of most remakes but this idea is intriguing. Tarantino has a sense a humor and is well versed in the martial arts genre. I would really like a back story or more about this guy:

Rock wanted to do a remake and be Jack Burton, the internet told him to f**k off. This movie does not need a remake, why can't people do another story in the same universe instead of remaking things that are already great.

That movie had a vision and it was perfectly executed...not many movies accomplish that.
