After seeing The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, my wife (who was never into going to films, but willing to give it a try) refused to go to the theatre with me ever again. Really a shame. Don't know if it counts as the worst, but it sure had an impact.
Doesn't help that the only other film we, as a couple, sat through was The Love Guru.

but the sheer retardation of the sequence beginning with the space quicksand and ending with Rey standing in exactly the right spot to hold up the dagger to find yet another McGuffin - puts it over the top. That is easily the dumbest shite I've ever seen in a major, $300 mil. tentpole film.
I can find a stupid scene in many movies, even good ones. But TLJ set this in motion.
I’ll add:
John Carter
Avatar The Last Airbender

I love these threads because you get to see who has shite opinions and who to disregard for future reviews.

Year One
I would’ve walked out but I dropped my phone early on and couldn’t find it.. had to sit there and endure it until it ended and the lights came on to find my phone

Worst movie of all time?
Based on the performance of the people who made the film, I will always say this is The Last Jedi.
They had the opportunity to bring back Luke Skywalker for the first time in 30+ years. The ball was six inches from the hole - and they somehow put it in a bunker with the direction they took.
At least most shitty movies have to start from scratch. TLJ started from greatness and managed to turn it to shite.
