I think years of being in space would screw with someone’s athletic ability. So I’d say Conner. Plus she cray.

Ripley and it ain’t close.

I would put money on Ripley.
She was in Space and took on an Alien face to face...in a smackdown...albeit in some loading dock rig.
Sarah was all talk. She had no courage in Terminator and Terminator 2 she didn't do shite except talk about the Apocolypse and try to ambush some family from afar.
Even Sarah Connor said she was no savior and a pussy. Ripley outsurived almost everyone for a few movies. Sarah Connor is a wannabe..."I didn't sign up for this." Well Ripley did in Aliens. Ripley pulls off the real deal as characters better than Connor.
