Yeah its known who the father is. Could see when he searched his photo in episode 1 and is also credited in the last episode for his voice.

two things -
one of the 3 ladies knew the nc mom, i feel like that is going to come back up at some point, especially if she's sober/off of the pills. how, and will it be significant? no idea
i saw a theory that the russian left a door open, possibly for one of his buddies to film him having sex with jaclyn (famous, rich, and married) for blackmail. the boat also obviously feels like a honeypot.

White Lotus, Inc. would bury that video in a heartbeat. It would absolutely ruin their brand if it got out their rooms weren’t secure.

To build on the poisoning theory, I think they alluded to it with the cobra bite and how they had anti-venom close by and the need to get it quickly. I know venom=/=poison but analogous.

Finally got to watch last night. My god 
Man Schwarzenegger is the best character on the show. That dude is so funny and plays the part perfectly. His reactions in this episode were so good.

I will give a lot of the credit to our incredible DP and Director Alexander Payne .... and locations team ... we had access to some really great boarding schools in Boston. But we did put some touches of our own on it of course.

This is probably right but I kind of got a sexual vibe from it in the after show. I don't think she is going to be ok with it but if they are sleeping in the same room I can definitely see him making a pass at her.
Random theory to play off of that would be he makes a pass at her, gets shot down. It causes him to confess to her that he gave his brother a handy. She is completely grossed out and confronts Saxon and/or his parents about it and it causes Saxon to go on a bit of a rampage.

I mean on page 2 Ohiovel mentioned it was probably incest and on page 3 I said I hoped not but it was a possibility given WL crazy history. That had been brought up numerous times. I know some people didn't agree that that's what it was but for me personally I just hoped it wasn't going to happen.

I didn't think that she flinched either. It was more of a surprised reaction that she is going to get the opportunity to show her mom that she would be fine there. I mentioned before, but I know a lot of people that went to the school that Hook went to in Montgomery, Montgomery Academy, and the NC family perfectly emulates the families that send their kids there. Really funny to watch.

I would generally agree, but I'm ok with it here because it makes sense for Tim to go through those things in his head considering his suicidal mindset. The opening scene is pretty much exactly how that would play out, and it made him realize that he can't do that. The second "fake-out" wasn't even really a fake-out because we know at that point that he doesn't have the gun anymore.
And I agree, Chelsea's reactions to Saxon's freak-out were absolutely hilarious.
I'm sure its been mentioned, but I feel like the Saxon is likely into incest-porn, and when they got all fricked up, his porn fetish manifested itself from his subconscious.
