evidently the actress playing her is one of the most popular pop stars in the world LOL. This is her first acting role. You would think she will have a role to play in the end

Greg had cameras on the boat and is about to try and blackmail the brothers and then Saxon snaps, somehow finds a gun, and goes on a rampage.

Ok just catching up, I love the theory that Interpol comes and everyone thinks its for them That would be some beautiful chaos.

And Gaitok somehow being a badass.

I love these threads

I have been telling my wife the whole time that Duke dad is going to find out that somehow everything is going to be ok back home. Can't decide if he'll then die or that whole family just leaves like nothing happened on the trip to any of them. The latter feels more "Mike White". Sort of like Season 1 with the family or Season 2 with the two couples. Everything is a shite show, but they just leave at the end.

I thought the same thing. But then also figured that if he had cameras on the boat Chloe would definitely know about them by now.

So then I assumed it was the crew that sold her out. She even references having to go pay them off to not rat her out. So I assume all Grary has to do is offer them more money and they'd tell him anything he wanted to know.

I think she's too dumb and he doesn't tell her shite.

I think the boat is essentially the honeypot scheme or whatever you call it. Get rich people on the boat to do some things they won't want others to know about, film it, extort them. In fact, he might tell the boys' parents at the dinner party and extort the dad, who obviously has other shite going on, and he just fricking snaps.

All these theories and predictions are fun to follow. Some are pretty good actually ... and making me question if I am remembering how it all ends correctly. Now that I think about, we weren't allowed to read the last few pages of Episode 8 and I wasn't on set much, so it's sort of a mystery for me as well.

Which one are you on the show? I believe you said you were in the background in some of the scenes..?

I campaigned to be the bartender for the now classic monologue, but they either forgot or didn't want me for the "role". The background is in such soft focus most of the time it wouldn't have mattered.

They did want me to be background in the street outdoor cafe scene with Sam and Walton, but was too bright and I think I was in a bad mood about something else so passed (regrettably).

If I get invited back for S4, I will find my way in.

So you haven't been onscreen this season? I don't know why I thought you were..

What is it that you do for the production? Not sure why, but I was under the impression you were an actor (or at least sort of).

I've noticed that a couple times this season. It's almost like it's shot in portrait mode on an iPhone. It's weird with how intensely focused the actors are and how blatantly unfocused/blurred the background is. I know it's intentional, but it's very distracting at times and almost hard on the eyes.

he did bring up to her that Saxon didn't think she had sex. He didn't have to tell her that but he did. Why would he tell his sister that? Very awkward.

I concur but have always thought Monaghan is sexy as hell. That scene where she is getting in bed and signals for that dude to come here...umm ummm.

I was leaning heavily towards this but after the meeting with the monk it seemed like it helped the dad be at peace with the decision to (eventually) commit suicide.

100% the old lady's husband is really Goggins' dad. The end credits give it away.

So I've wondered about this as well. Wouldn't be at all surprised if his hooker girlfriend is in on the whole damn thing. And like you said, they're assuming Saxon's family has money so they're going to try to extort them.

Yeah, these last few episodes are going to be a doozy.

100%. And the smoothie angle plays perfectly into that. I don't think it'll be Saxon that is poisoned though. I like the theory that it will be Tim after he finds out everything worked out back at work/home.

Would also be on brand for the show.

The whole Ratliff family was standing at their villa when Pam told Saxon about the pong pong tree/fruit. So everyone heard that the seeds are poisonous enough to kill someone.

My thoughts are one of the following could happen:

- Does Saxson freak out and try to poison Lachlan to keep covered up what happened on the boat? And when he does drink it, Tim accidentally picks it up and does?

- Tim remembers and does it intentionally since he no longer has the gun.

- Does Lachlan do it to Saxson now that they've had their weird incest shite? Or does Lachlan do it to himself out of guilt?

Lots of potential there.

Nah .... no cameo for me. I'm generally on the other side of things as a Supervising Art Director. We build the sets, create the signs, props, set dressing, etc. WL is one of the best gigs in the world for the Art Department compared to what I normally do -- period films like The Holdovers, Hidden Figures and Devotion are much more challenging.

And yes, at 6' 5", i was probably too tall for that bar per another poster.

Is there another cameo coming?

I think I saw something at the end of last episode that gives away who the guy Goggins is looking for is.

ETA: Disregard. It looks like it’s leaked all over the internet. Don’t go looking if you don’t want to know.
