From Raising Arizona...after the whole exchange with the clerk about whether the balloons blow up in to funny shapes, and he responds "Well, no...unless round is funny". Later, when Gale asks Glenn if they blow up into funny shapes and he says, "no...just circular", that always gets me.

Just one of mine is in The Aviator when Howard Hughes (Leo DiCaprio) is taking out Ava Gardner (Kate Beckinsale) his other girlfriend shows up and starts ramming their car. He's trying to calm her down and she says "Don't you love me anymore?!" and he responds "Of course I do porkchop", something about the way he says porkchop like he's spitballing nicknames always makes me laugh

Throwaway Line?
In the seinfeld episode where they're trying to sneak the marble rye into the Ross's upper window, George is up there and someone enters the room and almost catches him. They say "are you alright george? You're acting funny" and his response is "oh yeah I'm fine, I just get nervous on weekends"
For some reason that line has always tickled me

Pete: Wait a minute. Who elected you leader of this outfit?
Everett : Well Pete, I figured it should be the one with the capacity for abstract thought. But if that ain't the consensus view, then hell, let's put it to a vote.
Pete: Suits me. I'm voting for yours truly.
Everett: Well I'm voting for yours truly too.
[Everett and Pete look at Delmar for the deciding vote]
Delmar: Okay... I'm with you fellas.

Not sure if this is a throwaway line or not but in Ghostbusters when Spengler says they need to split up when catching the first ghost at the hotel, Venkman says “good idea, we can do more damage that way”. It always gets me, I quote it often.

I think it was from one of the Ace Ventura movies. Jim Carrey was like,
"If I'm not back in five minutes, just wait longer"

Everyone who has ever seen “Major League” will use the “Just a bit outside” line but for me the best part of it is after Uecker says it, he adds “he tried the corner and missed.”
The beauty of it is that “Just a bit outside” was written by a writer. Uecker threw in the next part as an ad lib and it makes the oft quoted part much more memorable and funny.

In the season premiere of Friends after Ross says Rachel’s name at the altar instead of Emily’s in the finale, Ross is kinda searching for her, and his dad approaches him and says - “Boy that was a really bad time to say someone else’s name, eh Ross?”
