What movie should everyone's son see?

Not animated. Movie for 12 and under boy, that they need to see to complete their childhood and give them some life lessons to take into manhood.

Sandlot is one for me.

12 and under is a big range. There are movies I might show a 12 year old but not a 6 year old.
