I struggle with keeping up with long-running series.
Comedy would probably be How I Met Your Mother (208 episodes over 9 seasons)
Hour-long is probably all 7 seasons of Buffy (144 episodes). Plus the 5 seasons of Angel (110 episodes).

Southpark, supernatural and Always Sunny.
I've seen most of Sinpsons but likely 50 episodes I haven't seen.

My man
Someone mentioned a soap opera, which has way more than 1,172 episodes, but I seriously doubt they’ve actually watched all those.
One Piece, though, has been rolling since 1999 and all of it is available on streaming through Crunchyroll, so that’s actually doable. Crunchyroll is how I watched it

Idk exact numbers but South Park is probably it. I’ve done binges of “Cheers” “Cosby Show” and “Mary Tyler Moore Show” in recent years.

For me it’s South Park. There are lots of shows that I’ve seen every episode of, but SP is by far the longest so it’s my answer by default.
And what’s special about SP to me is I’ve watched it as it aired since the pilot episode. I remember vividly watching the first episode and discussing it with friends and family. I’ve stuck with it for almost three decades, which is pretty crazy to me.

I forgot about this one because I despise the ending. It ruined the entire show for me. I can't even watch older episodes that I liked because it's all pointless.
Another one for me is House, MD. 8 seasons, 177 episodes

Damn. I used to love The Simpsons. Saw every episode multiple times for the first 8 years or so. But another 22 years?
Seinfeld would have to be my answer. I've watched every episode at least 2-3 times and more for some eps.

I've seen most of the series mentioned here, but I'm a fan of Britcoms. My favorite, "The Last of the Summer Wine." 31 series, 295 episodes. I have cats named Foggy, Compo, and Cleggy.

No one else has watched all episodes of It’s Always Sunny?

Cheers and Frasier.
Especially if you consider them together.
This is my answer. I've done a couple of rewatches in order from the beginning of Cheers to the end of Frasier's original run.
And while Wings shouldn't necessarily be grouped together with those two, it did technically exist in the same universe, and featured multiple Cheers characters on a few episodes. One of Kelsey Grammer's first Emmy nominations as Frasier was from Wings.

Star Trek - Deep Space Nine - 7 seasons, 176 episodes
Twilight Zone - 5 seasons, 156 episodes
Possibly Married With Children - 11 seasons, 259 episodes
I’m not 100% sure on that one due to some of the later seasons getting preempted due to football.
