The score in The Cowboys when the outlaw Long Hair and his gang are creeping in on Anderson and the boys is pretty creepy.

Resident Evil was pretty creepy. Marilyn Manson composed the score if I remember correctly.

The first thing that came to mind was Jonny Greenwood’s There Will Be Blood score. More unnerving than creepy I guess.
