James Bond or Star Wars trilogy, but I doubt either would give him the creative control he wants. A period piece James Bond set in the 60's would be awesome.

A unique spy thriller with twists and turns seems like something he would love to do.

Period Bond trilogy. Set in the 60s. Create assignments between the movies/stories we know.

Porn.

It would start with the creampie and the final shot would be the pizza guy ringing the door bell.

The Dark Knight Returns (not following the plot of the comic using Superman, just use the name and an older Bale Batman out of retirement)

Zach Snyder has been trying to get this done for a couple of decades.

Something crazy, scary, because of how evil it gets, like The Exorcist, but set in the 30's depression era. It almost sounds like I want another Angel Heart.

A cop movie that doesn't involve any superheroes. Either a Chinatown/L.A. Confidential type, where some cops can be really bad guys, or something with undercover cops like Rush (1991), only set in the 90's or 2000's.

He should remake Smokey and the Bandit…as a serious movie.

Stick with the historical stuff. Loved Dunkirk and Oppenheimer. A WWI movie maybe , Cold War? I’ll be a fan of whatever he does next for sure.

I'd love to see him go back and do something smaller scale, like Memento or Insomnia. But that's like saying I would love to see Metallica do a tour of small clubs - you get to a certain point professionally, you don't go backward.

The selfish me wants more space settings from Nolan. Seeing what he did with Interstellar made me want more.

Nolan has gone on record saying he absolutely wants to do a horror movie at some point BUT he hasn’t found the idea / story yet.

Nolan idolizes Kubrick and I think he realizes he has one shot, one opportunity to seize the moment and make 1 really terrifying film like Kubrick did with The Shining.

I just hope he doesn't go back to masturbatory plot devices like Inception and Tenet.
