An ex of mine used to work on film crews as a costumer and script supervisor. She told me all about this one sex scene in a movie she was working on where the romantic leads were supposed to f$&k on the hood of a car. Problem was, they were filming outside in sub 40 degree weather with freezing rain. The actor and actress were freezing their tits off, and it took a lot of cutting and editing to make a consistent take because they kept breaking to provide the actors blankets and a space heater.

The article is her talking about how it was a really difficult scene to film on the first day of shooting, but that it was ultimately a fine experience and that the scene seems to have come out well.
